Aline gives Legal a single workflow for contract intake, review, approval, and signature. The playbooks we built let Aline AI give our team a first-pass review and redline, which has noticeably cut turnaround on high-volume counterparty NDAs and allowed us to return documents to commercial stakeholders within hours - not days. We also use Aline's reporting tool to analyze our contract backlog. It lets us identify which agreements are active and check whether specific terms or provisions are present across a large set of contracts, which would otherwise be a manual, document-by-document review. This has given us a much clearer picture of our contract portfolio, and we've used it to assist with some internal cross-functional projects for other stakeholders.

Aline gives us one place to manage legal requests instead of tracking them across messages and email threads, making it easier to collect the details we need and route matters to the right person. We spend less time chasing information and can see what’s coming in, who owns it, and where things stand.
What could improve
More ready-to-use intake templates for different legal matters would help us build new workflows faster. I’d also like more flexibility in reporting on request volume, turnaround times, and team workload.

We’re just getting started, but Aline is making our contracts more accessible to other internal teams. They’ll be able to find contract details and report on terms in active agreements more independently. We also hope to use it soon for marketing SOW and NDA intake, review, and signatures. The customer support has been excellent—responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful as we get set up.
What could improve
Reports currently default to running across all documents, which can take considerable time and tokens when there are thousands of contracts. It would help to select a smaller set of documents by default, with an intentional option to run a report across everything.
