- What stands out to me most is the accuracy of its answers, backed by specific and reliable sources. Its integration with Microsoft Word has also been a game changer, allowing lawyers to work with Harvey directly within documents, almost like a coworker, making drafting and reviewing much more efficient. Finally, while other AI platforms may offer similar features, Harvey's contractual commitments regarding data confidentiality and disclosure help address key concerns of law firm clients and, consequently, the firms themselves.
- What could improve
- I'd like to see deeper integration with other apps and greater autonomy in working across them; more comprehensive answers that capture relevant legal nuances and exceptions, particularly in complex, ambiguous, or subjective matters involving multiple layers of legal analysis; and broader coverage of Brazilian legal databases, especially court decisions and regulatory sources.
