Problems solved: Information retrieval, initial research, basic legal review - these are all saving me time
What could improve: Accuracy is still not where it needs to be. Tone of voice is irritatingly deferential. It’s useful that it searches internal documents but too often takes what it finds as gospel. It needs human augmentation in most if not all cases and certainly the work product needs careful checking. Trust is still to be earned.
